Xbox 360 Arcade Replaced with Xbox 360 4GB, Kinect’s Price announced

Yes finally the Arcade has been discontinued by Microsoft. It’s replacement, the 360 4GB is exactly the same as the recently announced “slim” except for a lower $199 price tag, 246GB less memory and a matte finish instead of a shiny finish, which to be honest I like better due to my finger print coated orignal 60GB PS3. So waht does this ofer over the older arcade. Well to start with a bigger memory, kinect ready support, meaning no external power supply is needed for the upcoming kinect and also the new smaller styling.

Initially starting a $199 and coming later in the year with the Kinect in special $299 bundle. lets just see how these transfer to European pricing.

Kinect has also been confirmed for a $149 price tag.
