Twitter surpasses 100 million users!

Micro-blogging global tech giant Twitter has just recently reached the 100 million global users milestone. Twitter has released further information with this latest news mentioning that more than 50 million of its users log in EVERY DAY with a whopping 5 BILLION Tweets being sent out every month.

Twitter was launched 5 years ago and it seems to have shown exceptional growth due to being such a popular service for all walks of life. Having popular celebrity Tweeters like Stephen Fry, Kim Kardashian, Lady GaGa and Justin Beiber doesn’t hurt either.
It’s also been revealed that almost 40% of active users use the service to read content only, never sending Tweets of their own.
