Nike+GPS App gets updated, adding social media enhancements!

This week Nike updated their Nike+GPS app which came with many updated features, some of which include an auto-calibration feature as well some routine bug fixes and minor improvements.
What’s also been touted in the latest update is social-media enhancements, of which ‘push running updates’ to your Facebook and Twitter account also feature. Until yesterday, it appears that only your distance and time could be posted but with this updated the speed you’re running is also included.
This app allows you to keep track of the number of laps without the need for the Nike+Sensor, which is normally placed in the Nike shoe.

The updated app is available for download priced at £1.19 from the Apple App store.
