Chrome OS still being optimized for tablets despite Honeycomb release!

Chrome OS the Google PC operating system only available currently on the sold out Google Cr-48 ( Igor’s Got one of these beasts) is still being optimized for the the tablet style of computers, despite Google’s recent release of the Honeycomb Android OS.

Google continue to develop Chrome OS tablets as was their original plan until the manufactures could not wait and started putting inefficient version of Android onto their tablets forcing Google to make Honeycomb. With this OS where is the need for such as basic OS such as Chrome OS, with no app support. Won’t this just cause more fragmentation in your OSs Google! So why oh why are they doing this!

I would urge Google to leave Chrome OS for standard PCs and Honeycomb for tablets to avoid confusion. However this could be optimization for the new style of tablet laptop hybrids such as the Inspiron Duo. I do hope that this is true for the future of Google’s Operating Systems.
