Apple a Game Changer but not an innovator or inventor!
As everybody knows, everytime Apple launches a product it gains a short term of being popular and launches a previously small market until its competitors phase it out. This of course most famously happened with the Apple II computer. This famously was the first real mass market home PC, not innovative as it had already been done but it pushed the PC industry into the limelight and it slowly faded.
This has not happened with the iPod because Apple has remained to be competitive with the price and features but this is happening with the iPhone, with a burst of market share by bringing smartphones to the average consumer but Android burst out into that market and will slowly but surely eat up its market share until the iPhone becomes merely a choice by loyal fanboys or for fashion much like the return of the Mac.
So will this be the case for the iPad, this is yet to be decided, if they remain a great competitor like the iPod maybe Apple can pull this one out of the bag, but slowly but surely the Honeycomb Empire is rising, will it be the Windows to the Apple II or will Honeycomb remain a cult product like the Zune.
