Asus Nexus 7 getting 3G in around six weeks!

According to MoDaCo the Asus Nexus 7 will soon have a 3G cousin, offering the same amazing feature set, and hopefully the same value for money as the Nexus 7 now does. The device’s critics still argue that the lack of a 3G option puts this tablet behind the likes of other tablets. Those who have been holding off on the tablet because of its lack of mobile connectivity will now be satisfied, or at least in 6 weeks. The source states that production of the 3G tablet is already underway and us in Britain and our cousins in the USA should be among the first to receive the 3G version.

The Nexus 7 camping commercial did seem a little suspect without an internet connection, but now that a 3G version will become available, the advert does start to make more sense.
